WELCOME     Sparks Construction Services understands that the right contractor to meet your needs is crucial to the success of any project. It is important in these fast-paced times, with numerous product choices, and with technology moving at an ever increasing speed that clarity be added to each project and be evident in the final product. Our scope ranges from basic services of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical to more advanced services such as design/build, custom fabrication, machine shop facilities, critical power systems, information technology, and millwork. Sparks Construction Services are available 24 hours daily. We are signatory to several “Master Services Agreements” with national facilities maintenance organization and are a registered vendor with the City of Houston and the Federal Government. Safety and security is of utmost importance in our industry and Sparks Construction Services has set rigid guidelines for both. Additionally, Sparks Construction Services has in house safety coordinators that evaluate each projects specific risk factors. Projects are visited regularly and evaluated for all safety hazards. Regular site meetings are held involving open discussions on how the project might be made safer from the field point of view. Our goal on every project is to be injury and incident free. We comply with all OSHA, ADA, and ANSI standards. All personnel must pass a local and national seven year background check. Picture ID’s are provided to all personnel and are to be worn at all times during work hours. Additionally, Sparks Construction personnel can be easily identified by color coordinated shirts and hats. Random drug testing is always enforced. The Sparks Family has an investment of four generations in our business and in the community. We are very passionate about our commitment, performance, and our reputation.
